1 ounce pierre ferrand ambre cognac

1 ounce Carpano Antica Formula vermouth

1 teaspoon Bénédictine

1 dash Angostura bitters

1 dash Peychaud’s bitters

garnish: 1 lemon twist

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass. Garnish with the lemon twist

Tequila Negroni

1 ounce Campari or other bitter orange aperitivo

1 ounce Carpano Antica or other sweet red vermouth

1 ounce El Tesoro Repasado Tequila

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass. Garnish with the lemon twist

Rum

Yard Bird

2.5 oz Zaya Rum
0.5 oz Cynar
0.5 oz Montenegro Amaro
1/2 tsp Simple Syrup
2 dash cardamom Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass.
Serve over large ice cube with a lime peel garnish
